Dear Council members, I'm Gary Scherer at 2045 Willow Circle. I hope you will vote NO to these proposed developments. As you know all 3 of these developments will go right in my backyard literally. This will reduce the value in my townhouse. We all buy a house as an investment, not to have our property reduce in value when it does come time to sell for whatever that reason may come be. I'm sure you would feel the same as me and other residents of this city. Now I know this land that is for sale will be developed at some point and time. I think these current ideas are not the right plans for this land. I would like to see for this land things like restaurants (Applebee's or Olive Garden type restaurants), professional office spaces, things of that nature. Kwik Trip brings many things to this land. Us at Willow Glen would have increased traffic right next to our townhomes using this street A. Not just personal vehicles but also a high amount of commercial vehicles. Commercial vehicles are very loud along with all the added vehicles to this street 24 hours a day. Car Wash will bring added noise and traffic to this area. I'm sure neither one of you Council members would want this Kwik Trip next to your house. Now let's talk about what Kwik Trip means to the Shell station owned by a person 1
