30. Click here to read an article from the Quad Community Press called "Dominium
apologizes to city for ongoing issues."

I have dozens of pages of horrible reviews of one star for the company who will manage this.
Please feel free to contact me for a copy of it. It is all over dozens of places in Social Media,
which is generating some very unfavorable Public Relations for the city of Centerville and those
company. The socioeconomic impact alone of what the City of Centerville is trying to do EVEN
THOUGH THERE IS HUGE OBJECTION BY THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE, the people who
elected you into your positions is tremendous. The goals should be for long term sustenance. If
you want people to come to Centerville, this would have extremely negative impacts on your
goal. The apartment complex does not get you to your population goal and it will keep you from
ever achieving that goal. The local news is interested in this story.
Please, hear the people do not raise the height restriction or allow the apartment. The people
came, so will the businesses. There are dozens of us working with our contacts to recruit them. I
gave my name, phone number and address and will do so again should anyone care to speak
gain, I ask you if it was your home, your
people you serve?

Respectfully,

Teresa Robinson
2106 Ada Drive.
Lino Lakes (less than 100 yards away from city line of Centerville)
MN, 55038
651-808-5331
