City of Centerville <br />EDA Minutes <br /> March 17, 2021 <br />sketches. Discussion took place regarding materials to use, logos, and maintenance. There was <br />also discussion on the number of signs and where to place them. <br /> <br /> 2. Main Street Light Post Banners <br /> <br />Commissioner Weatherhead presented a map of the light poles on Main Street and discussed color <br />schemes for banners that he referenced from colors chosen by logo committee. He talked about <br />the material for the banners, the possibility of mixing in banners with the American Flag and the <br />cost of the banners. <br /> <br /> 3. Review 2021 Strategic Plan and Budget <br /> <br />Executive Director Statz presented a spreadsheet with budget items and discussed planning for the <br />year. President Hanzal asked how the other commissioners felt about doing a second round of the <br />CenterStage program, because there will most likely be a surplus due to some businesses declining <br />to participate. Discussion was had regarding running the existing ads again or changing the ad <br />slightly. <br /> <br />VIII. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br /> 1. None <br /> <br />IX. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Weatherhead, seconded by Commissioner Mosher, to adjourn the <br />March 17, 2021 Economic Development Authority meeting at 8:42 p.m. A roll call vote was <br />taken.
