CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />REQUEST FOR ACTION <br />Agenda Item # Department: RequestedMeetingDate: <br />June 16, 2021 <br />EDA <br />VIII.1 <br />TITLE OF ISSUE: <br />Business Appreciation Event <br />BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br />For many years, while the city had an Economic Development Commission, a Business Appreciation event was <br />held. In some years it was a luncheon, other times it was a dinner or cook-out. In 2019, the EDA held a catered <br />event in an effort to roll out our new Revolving Loan and Grant Program.
