Bunten Crossing"" AdditioD (Private) (000616-03132-0). The City Council has approved <br />the FintIl Pay Request and the project has been closed out. <br /> <br />2. Pbeasaat Manh 3rd AdditioD (Private) (000616-03134-0). All utiltties have been completed. <br />Once the project site dries up.from the heavy rains this week the contractor will continue <br />working on the roads. The site should be workable again next week and the contractor will <br />begin installtngfabrlc, drain tile, SII1Id, and gravel <br /> <br />3. Bunten Crossing 3rd AdditiOD (Private) (000616-05141-8). All utilities, Cllf'b, and <br />bit1Jmtnous work is completed The contractor is currently working on punch list items. <br /> <br />4. 21st AVeDuelBaekage Road (000616-05143-0). Contractor has completed all clearing and <br />grubbing on the project site area other than the Sheehy property. A major portion of the <br />grading is underway and will continue into the next few weeks. Some minor utility work has <br />been completed and will also continue next week. <br /> <br />5. CSAH 14 (000616-04139-0, 000616-06144-8, 000616-06150-0). <br /> <br />I'orr.em.'q <br />Plans have been submitted to the County. <br /> <br />Water MfIa <br />Plans have been submitted to the County. <br /> <br />S~ne <br />Pions have been submitted to the County, however, they are now hocking at the idea of <br />including the improvements in the overall CSAH 14 bid due to issues with the environmental <br />documents. We are working with the County and MNDOT to resolve this situation which may <br />require us to bid the improvements 1l1II.kr separate contract. <br /> <br />~,demass <br />Our grant application was sent out for the Safe Routes to School funding package. We should <br />know, sometime in October, ifwe have been awarded a grant. <br /> <br />6. Old Water Tower Demolitioo. (000616-06145-0). A first and final pay request is on <br />tonight~ agenda. <br /> <br />7. 2006 Storm Water Analysis (000616-06146-0). We reviewed with Rice Creek Watershed <br />District stqff a S1I1Il11IQI'Y of 0111' proposed Best Management Practices (BMPs) for juture street <br />project areas. Next steps are to look at each location injin1her tktail and consitkr the option <br />ofproviding Cllf'b cuts to rain gardens and localized BMPs. <br />
