Centerville Elementary School Expansion <br />Building Permits have now been issued and construction has begun. The re-route of the <br /> <br />Old Mill Estates <br />The developer is beginning work on site clean-up, landscaping, tree planting, sidewalks, trails, <br />mailbox and street sign installation. Punch list work related to infrastructure continues. The <br />city retains a letter of credit to cover these items. Lots are for sale. <br /> <br />th <br /> <br />Centerville Storage (20Ave. Mini Storage) <br />Curb and gutter was installed. Paving should follow shortly. Fencing and landscaping will be <br />the final work on the job. <br /> <br />Bay View Villas (Waterworks Site) <br />The contractor has made significant progress on Punch List items related to utilities. Other <br />items remain, including landscaping, ped ramps, mailboxes and shoreline plantings. The city <br />retains a letter of credit to cover these items. <br /> <br />Peltier Estates <br />The Preliminary Plat and Preliminary Planned Unit Development for Peltier Estates were <br />th <br />approved by the City Council at their March 24 meeting. The developer has not yet brought <br />forward a request for Final Plat approval. <br /> <br />Atlas Villas Memory Care Project (1825 Main Street) <br />Building construction work continues as the new facility takes shape on Main Street. <br /> <br />Driveway and Parking Ordinance Review <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission continues to work diligently on issues related to what <br />and where certain vehicles can be parked on residential properties. Both the existing <br />ordinance and the one being contemplated by P&Z do not allow parking of any vehicles in <br />the front yard (not on the driveway). <br /> <br />Block 7 Property (Downtown) <br />A neighborhood meeting was held at city hall on June 9, where developers and residents <br />disucssed various layout scenarios and other development concerns. The City Council <br />recenlty discussed the project at a workshop and gave feedback to city staff regarding layout <br />and architectural elements. <br />The next step will be to bring <br />forward a purchase agreement <br />for consideration by the city <br />council. <br />Development Inquiries <br /> Investors looking for <br />small, residential multi- <br />family sites. <br /> <br />
