CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />REQUEST FOR <br />COUNCIL ACTION <br />Agenda Item # Department: Requested Council Meeting Date: <br />July 28, 2021 <br />Planning <br />XI.2 <br />TITLE OF ISSUE: <br />Preliminary Plat - Peterson Shores <br />BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br />At their July 13, 2021 meeting, the Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing and reviewed a <br />Preliminary Plat known as Peterson Shores. The platted land is the parcel on which the current home at 7241 <br />sits. The plat, takes this one parcel and splits it into two, fully conforming lots in the R-2 district, for which the <br />property is currently zoned. <br /> <br />See attached staff memo for more detail. The P&Z Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of <br />the Preliminary Plat conditioned on staff comments being addressed. <br />The Preliminary Plat in this packet has been revised to show only the property owned by the applicant, <br />addressing the comments of the City Engineer. <br />COST AND SOURCE(S) OF FUNDING: <br />No cost to city.
