<br />City of Centerville <br />Park and Recreation Committee Meeting Minutes <br />April 7, 2021 <br />trails have been proposed. <br /> <br />Motion made by Committee Member Peterson, seconded by Committee Member Waeghe <br />to approve the list of proposed priorities of sidewalk and trail segments for sections 1 <br />through 8 as stated in the Stantec Planning Report dated April 6, 2021. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />b. Park Dedication Fees: Anticipated fees from current proposed developments are $309,000 <br />from Bellevill Apartments, $60,000 from Norbella Senior Living and $9,722.25 from Kwik Trip. <br /> <br />5. Anoka County Radio Club Special Events Permit <br /> <br />Motion made by Committee Member Peterson, seconded by Committee Member <br />Errickson-Grahek to approve the Special Events Permit for the Anoka County Radio Club's <br />use of Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park from June 25 through June 27 for their ACRA/ARRL <br />Field days, 2021. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />6. Minnesota Grown Program <br /> <br />Annual membership is $60 and provides access to labels, obtaining marketing materials & where <br />to find MN grown produce, a newsletter, etc. <br /> <br />Motion made by Committee Member Seeley, seconded by Committee Member Bettinger to <br />purchase an annual membership to Minnesota Grown, in the amount of $60, under the <br />budget of Main Street Market. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />VII. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 3, 2021 MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br /> Motion made by Committee Member Waeghe, seconded by Committee Member Errickson- <br />Grahek to approve the minutes of the February 3, 2021 P & R committee meeting as written. <br />All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />VIII. UPDATES/ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> <br />1. Staff Updates – City Administrator Mark Statz: <br /> <br />Downtown development block 7, high density townhomes proposed; proposed park dedication <br />fees would be applied to sewer fund repayment, <br /> <br />2. Council Liaison Updates – City Council Member Michelle Lakso – NO UPDATE <br /> <br />3. Other <br /> <br />a.
