City of Centerville’s Parks and Recreation Committee Meeting Minutes February 3, 2021 to friends, acquaintances, neighbors, co-workers, etc. Proposals have been received for the Block 7 property and there are additional potential developments within the city. City Hall is now open to the public!!! Anyone wishing to have these City updates emailed to them just need to contact the city offices. 2. Council Liaison Updates – City Council Member Michelle Lakso Ms. Lakso thanked the committee members for their time and commitment. The City Council has a retreat scheduled to review goals and guidelines for committees. 3. March P & R Committee Meeting Motion made by Committee Member Waeghe, seconded by Committee Member Errickson- Grahek to cancel the March P & R Committee Meeting due to several committee members not being available. All in favor. Motion carried. 4. Park Clean-Up Day Motion made by Committee Member Seeley, seconded by Committee Member Waeghe to set the Spring Park Clean Up Day for Saturday, April 24 at 9:00 a.m., meeting at City Hall. Public Works will provide garbage bags, gloves and face masks. All in favor. Motion carried. This event to be listed on City Website, Reader Sign and any other means of publicizing it to obtain additional volunteers. IX.
