They have asked that <br />the Parks and Rec Committee help plan it. We are looking for guidance on: <br />- Date/Time/Location <br />- General Format (details of event can be worked out later) <br />- Door prizes <br />- Other items??? <br />- Volunteers (yes, we might need volunteers for the volunteer event :)) <br />The invite list would include all committee and commission members, election judges, and volunteers who have <br />helped out during at least one city event this year.
