City of Centerville <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />February 2, 2021 <br />Motion by Commissioner Kruger, seconded by Commissioner Olson to approve the <br />Planning & Zoning Commission meeting minutes of September 1, 2021 as presented. <br />A roll-call vote was taken. Chairperson Broussard-Vickers and Commissioner Kuiper <br />abstained. Motion carried. <br />2.October 20, 2020 Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes <br />Motion by Chairperson Broussard-Vickers, seconded by Commissioner Krueger to <br />approve the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting minutes of October 20, 2021 as <br />presented. A roll-call vote was taken. Commissioners Kuiper and Olson abstained. <br />Motion carried. <br />3. <br />IX.Announcements and Updates <br />Council Member Liaison <br />Council Liaison Koski stated he does not have much to report but noted the Council has a <br />Work Session meeting and retreat coming up. He stated that he would provide the <br />Commission with an update at a later date. <br />Administrator Statz stated he is excited to see the lock 7 plans starting. He noted it will be <br />a few months before the project takes off and it will come back to the Commission at least <br />once more prior to a Preliminary Plat Public Hearing. <br />X.ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commissioner Kubat, seconded by Commissioner Krueger, to adjourn the <br />meeting at 8:30 p.m. A roll-call vote was taken.
