CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />REQUEST FOR <br />COUNCIL ACTION <br />Agenda Item # Department: Requested Council Meeting Date: <br />August 11, 2021 <br />Planning and Zoning <br />IX.1 <br />TITLE OF ISSUE: <br />Peterson Shores - Final Plat <br />BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br />At the last City Council meeting, the Council approved a Preliminary Plat for Peterson Shores; a two lot <br />development on Centerville Lake. Attached is the Final Plat, along with the development plans, for review and <br />approval. There is no public infrastructure associated with this development (no new sewer, water or storm <br />sewer mains; no new roads).
