The Treatment charge will be the Treatment Fee rate multiplied times the water meter use for <br />the billing period. To account for summer irrigation water not being treated, the charge for the July and November <br />billings shall not exceed the average use during the first billing period of that year and the final billing period of <br />the prior year (winter average).
