ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT <br />AGREEMENT ("Agreement") was made this day of August, 2021 by and between the <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE, a Minnesota inunicipal corporation ("City"), and Nicole Marie <br />Christensen and Brian Paul Christensen, married individuals ("Landowners"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. Landowners owner in fee as tenants to the real property situated in Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, legally described as follows ('"Subject Property"): <br />PIN #23-31-22-34-0444 <br />1759 Partridge Place <br />LOT 5, BLOCK 2 PHEASANT MARSH 21111) ADD <br />B. Landowners seek permission from the City to construct/locate an accessory <br />s1ructurelshed (12' x 16') in the rear yard which will encroach in the City's right-of-way/drainage <br />and utility easement by 12' with 4' remaining outside of the City's right-of-wayldruinage and <br />utility easement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION OF THEIR MUTUAL COVENANTS, <br />THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS_ <br />1.
