<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Regular Meeting of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission held a meeting on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chairperson Broussard-Vickers. <br /> <br />Present: Chairperson Linda Broussard-Vickers <br />Commissioner Ben Fehrenbacher <br /> Commissioner John Krueger <br />Commissioner Darrell (DJ) Olson, Jr. <br /> <br />Commissioner David Kubat <br />Commissioner Les Kuiper <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />Staff: City Administrator Mark Statz <br /> Council Liaison, Russ Koski <br /> <br /> <br />II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />No additions or deletions were requested. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Fehrenbacher, seconded by Commissioner Kubat to Approve the <br />Agenda as presented. A roll-call vote was taken. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS (6:30 PM or shortly thereafter) <br /> <br />1.
