<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Regular Meeting of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission held a meeting on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:31 p.m. by Acting Chairperson Twohy. <br /> <br />Present: Acting Chairperson Nick Twohy <br /> Commissioner John Krueger <br />Commissioner Les Kuiper <br />Commissioner Darrell (DJ) Olson, Jr. <br /> <br />Commissioner David Kubat <br /> <br />Absent: Chairperson Linda Broussard-Vickers <br /> <br />Staff: City Administrator Mark Statz <br /> Council Liaison, Russ Koski – Arrived at 6:42pm <br /> <br /> <br />II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />No additions or deletions were requested. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Kubat, seconded by Commissioner Krueger to Approve the Agenda <br />as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS (6:30 PM or shortly thereafter) <br /> <br />1. None. <br /> <br />V. AWARDS, PRESENTATIONS & APPEARANCES <br /> <br />1. Concept Plan – Sutton Transportation <br /> <br />Administrator Statz introduced this item and provided some background on the concept <br />plans to the Commission. <br /> <br />Cliff Sutton, Sutton Transportation, presented this item to the Commission. Acting <br />Chairperson Twohy asked how many trips per day their trucks may be making. Mr. Sutton <br />stated it is hard to estimate but he believes it will be around forty trips per day. <br /> <br />Administrator Statz asked which streets will be the entrance and exit for the trucks. Mr. <br />st <br />Sutton stated they would most likely use Fairview inbound and 21 outbound. He noted that <br />they can use any route preferred for the most part. <br />Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br />
