A roll call <br />vote was taken. All in Favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />1. Preliminary Plat-Centerville Elementary School Addition <br /> <br />City Administrator Statz explained that this project was not related to the currently proposed <br />addition, but was remaining from a project the school district completed approximately two years <br />ago when they rearranged the school parking lot and expanded their parking. The City code states <br />that parking cannot exist on a lot that does not contain the primary structure, so in order to meet <br /> <br />
