CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />REQUEST FOR <br />COUNCIL ACTION <br />Agenda Item # Department: Requested Council Meeting Date: <br />September 22, 2021 <br />Engineering/Planning <br />WS #2 <br />TITLE OF ISSUE: <br />Old Mill Estates <br />BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br />At the last City Council meeting, we reviewed the situation at 1844 Old Mill Court, related to the planned <br />Bituminous Trail. At the meeting, the Council discussed alternatives. One of those was the construction of a <br />boardwalk through the wetland.
