DEVELOPMENT& SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />THISDEVELOPMENT&effective <br />September ___, 2021, by and between theCITYOF CENTERVILLE, a Minnesota municipal <br />; and R&R LEASING, a Minnesota Corporation, . <br />1.REQUEST FOR PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL. The Developer <br />has asked the City to approve a preliminary plat and a final plat for the Sutton Transport (referred <br />to in this Agreement as the Final comprising <br />the Final Plat is situated in the County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and is legally described on <br />the attached Exhibit A, including easements described therein. <br />The Developer seeks approval for a Final Plat for the development. this development will <br />consistofconstructionof the generalinfrastructureto servethe parcelanddevelopmentof <br />Fairview Street. During this process, the Developer intends to sell the Land to Sutton <br />Transport, LLC, who will construct a cross-dock truck terminal industrial warehouse facility. <br />2.CONDITIONS OF PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL.At such time <br />as the City approves the Final Plat, land use documents such as a Conditional Use Permit, <br />easement, or covenant,or the Development Plans for aphase of developmentOther <br />Version 09/17/2021 Page 2 <br /> <br />
