<br /> <br />tervi{{e <br /> <br />fEstabllshed- 1&r{7 <br /> <br />1880 :Main Street, Centervi{fe, :M1f 55038 <br />651-429-3232 or p~ 651-429-8629 <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-039 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND DETERMINING <br />CONNECTION FEE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to action of the City Council, proposals have been solicited for the <br />improvement of Westview Street from Centerville Road to a point approximately 250 <br />feet west of Centerville Road by watermain and the total cost appears to be <br />approximately $26,000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, adjoining property owners have requested that the improvement be <br />completed as soon as possible and have executed connection agreements providing for a <br />connection cost of $8,000 per single family home. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Council hereby orders the improvement at an estimated cost of $26,000. <br /> <br />2. Mr. Mark Statz is hereby designated as engineer for the improvement. He shall <br />prepare plans and specifications as necessary, secure required permits, supervise <br />the construction and provide a record plan upon completion. <br /> <br />3. The Council hereby establishes the connection fee of $8,000 for properties that <br />may connect to such watermain. This amount is valid for one-inch service <br />connections and for connections completed by November 1, 2007. <br /> <br />4.
