The following is a breakdown of the steps in the process & our fees per step: <br /> <br />Floor Plan ........................................................................... $ 2,750.00 <br /> <br />- Meet with client & cityto determine preliminary scope of project. <br />- Create floor plans for proposed city owned commercial building. <br />- Verify required plumbing counts & required egress for building only. <br />nd <br />- Main Floor commercial, 2Floor apartments. <br /> <br /> Main Floor Plan –create open floor space with shared restrooms. <br />nd <br /> 2Floor –configure 1 & 2 bedroom apartments <br />- Exterior elevations: <br /> North, East, South & West 2d views of proposed building. <br /> <br />3D rendering to be determined once scope of project is defined. <br /> <br /> <br />Architectural fees ………………………………………………… $2,750.00 <br /> <br />$1,375.00down-payment due upon start of project.
