CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION #21411 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR REHBEIN INDUSTRIAL <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville approved a preliminary plat for Sutton Transport. <br />WHEREAS, Rehbein Properties and R&R Leasing desire to sell and develop land for the Sutton <br />Transport Plat. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it would be in the best interest of the City to <br />enter into the Development Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council authorizes the City Attorney to make amendments to the <br />Development Agreement as necessary such that they do not change or alter the intent of the <br />Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Centerville City Council does hereby, approve <br />the Development Agreement, hereto attached as Exhibit A. <br />PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED this 22' day of September 2021 by the City Council of the <br />City of Centerville. <br />�, <br />D.
