<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Regular Meeting of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission held a meeting on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Acting Chairperson Fehrenbacher. <br /> <br />Present: Acting Chairperson Ben Fehrenbacher <br /> Commissioner John Krueger <br />Commissioner Les Kuiper <br />Commissioner David Kubat <br /> <br />Commissioner Nick Twohy <br /> <br />Absent: Chairperson Linda Broussard-Vickers and Commissioner Darrell (DJ) Olson, Jr <br /> <br />Staff: City Administrator Mark Statz <br /> Council Liaison, Russ Koski <br /> City Planner, Phil Carlson <br /> City Attorney, Kurt Glaser <br /> <br /> <br />II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Addition of Auto Repair Ordinances was requested to be discussed during New Business on <br />the agenda. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Kuiper, seconded by Commissioner Krueger to Approve the <br />amended Agenda. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS (6:30 PM or shortly thereafter) <br /> <br />1. Peltier Estates <br />a. Preliminary Plat <br />b. Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development <br /> <br />Administrator Statz provided some background on this item and stated representatives for <br />the applicant, Mr. Nick Roessler and Ms. Kari Clark, Sharper Homes, are present to address <br />any questions anyone might have on this item. <br /> <br />Acting Chairperson Fehrenbacher asked if any homes need to be demolished to build these <br />townhomes. Administrator Statz stated no they have already done that. <br /> <br />City Planner Carlson and City Attorney Glaser addressed the Commission and reviewed the <br />planning and legality aspects of this proposed item. <br />Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br />
