City of Centerville <br />Regular Meeting Planning and Zoning Commission <br />August 10, 2021 <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Kuiper, seconded by Commission Kubat to approve the <br />Planning & Zoning Commission meeting minutes of February 2, 2021 as presented. <br />Commissioner Nelson abstained. April 6, 2021 Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Jon Krueger, seconded by Commissioner Olson to approve <br />the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting minutes of April 6, 2021 as presented. <br />Commissioner Nelson abstained. May 4, 2021 Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Twohy, seconded by Commissioner Krueger to approve the <br />Planning & Zoning Commission meeting minutes of May 4, 2021 as presented. <br />Commissioner Nelson abstained. June 8, 2021 Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Olson, seconded by Commissioner Kuiper to approve the <br />Planning & Zoning Commission meeting minutes of June 8, 2021 as presented. <br />Commissioner Nelson abstained. All others in favor. Motion carried <br /> <br />IX. Announcements and Updates <br /> <br />1. Council Member Liaison <br /> <br />Council Member Koski stated that the Parks and Recreation Committee did a great job with <br />the Fete des Lacs Festival. He stated the City Council meeting is tomorrow evening and <br />they will be voting on the Block 7 project. <br /> <br />2. Administrator’s Report <br /> <br />Administrator Statz stated he has had about a dozen inquiries about downtown <br />redevelopment in the past four (4) months which is promising that people are interested in <br />the downtown area and he noted that is the hope behind the Block 7 project and that it will <br />spur additional development. <br /> <br />X.
