City of Centerville <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />September 7, 2021 <br /> <br />Administrator Statz stated they have been working to keep the development projects moving <br />forward. He stated that he has reached out to contractorÓs to receive bids on items that <br />developers have not finished on a timely basis. He noted that if needed, Letters of Credit <br />will be drawn against for this action and payment to contractors. <br />X.
