CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The meeting was called the meeting to order at approximately 6:31p.m. by President Jeff Hanzal. <br /> <br />II. ROLL CALL* <br /> <br />PRESENT: President Jeff Hanzal <br /> Commissioner Steve King – Arrived at 6:33p.m. <br /> Commissioner Darrin Mosher <br /> Commissioner Mark Remillard <br /> Commissioner Jim Weatherhead <br /> <br /> <br />STAFF: City Administrator, EDA Executive Director, Mark Statz <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />1. Call for Changes to the Agenda <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Weatherhead, seconded by Commissioner Mosher, to accept the <br />Agenda with update to allow Brian Peterson so speak on behalf of the Parks and Recreation <br />Committee to address promotional items for swag bags. A roll call vote was taken. All in <br />favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />1. None <br /> <br />V. BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />1. Bills <br /> a. Check List <br /> <br />Executive Director Statz presented check #001004 in the amount of $4,574 made out to the Main <br />Street Designs for Banners for Light Poles on Main Street. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Weatherhead, seconded by Commissioner Remillard, to approve <br />the check list as presented. A roll call vote was taken. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />
