<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT & SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> <br /> Rehbein Commercial <br /> <br /> THIS AMENDED DEVELOPMENT & SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br /> effective August ___,October 13, 2021, by and between the CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE, ; and R&R LEASING, a <br />Minnesota Corporation, . This amended Agreement revokes and supersedes <br />prior any prior Development and Subdivision Agreement between the Parties. <br /> 1. REQUEST FOR PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL. The Developer <br />has asked the City to approve a preliminary plat and a final plat for the Rehbein Commercial <br />(referred to in this Agreement as the Final <br />comprising the Final Plat is situated in the County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and is legally <br />described on the attached Exhibit A, including easements described therein. Development of the <br />Outlots described in the Final Plat as Outlots A-D shall be commenced in the future , on a lot-by- <br />lot basis. The Developer has received approval for a Preliminary Final Plat and a Final Plat <br />containing what will eventually be five lots (currently two platted lots and four Outlots which <br />Outlots will eventually comprise three additional lots. The scope of this Agreement shall serve as <br />the master agreement for all phases of development until the Plat is fully developed. This <br />Version 10/11/2021 Page 2 <br /> <br />
