<br />been prepared by a licensed registered professional civil engineer to the City for approval by the <br />City Council. The Developer shall obtain all necessary permits from other agencies before <br />proceeding with construction of the Improvements. The Developer, at its sole expense, shall <br />instruct its engineer to provide adequate field inspection personnel to assure an acceptable level of <br />City acceptance, that the construction work for the Improvements meet the approved City <br />standards. <br /> The Developer, its contractors, and subcontractors, shall follow all instructions received <br />from the City and Rice Creek Watershed inspectors, so long as in conformity with the <br />Development Plans. The Develope-site project management. The <br />Developer or its engineer shall schedule a pre-construction meeting at a mutually agreeable time <br />and location with all parties concerned, including the City Engineer, inspector and/or consultants, <br />to review the program for the construction work. Prior to the pre-construction meeting, Developer <br />shall supply a schedule of construction activities and shall amend the schedule from time to time <br />as necessary. Before the Security for the completion of Public Improvements is released in total, <br />iron monuments must be installed in accordance with Minn. Stat. Chapter 505. <br />surveyor shall submit a written notice to the City certifying that the monuments have been <br />installed. <br /> 8. PERMITS. The Developer shall obtain, or require its contractors and <br />subcontractors to obtain, all necessary permits. Those permits obtained by Developer to begin <br />work include, but are not limited to: <br />A. Minnesota Pollution Control Agency National Pollutant Discharge Elimination <br />System Permit For Storm Water Discharge Related To Construction Activity <br />B.
