Metro <br />Citiesopposes any changes to the 4d program that substantially increases the tax <br />responsibilityfor residents and businesses or increases the tax benefit for landlords <br />without includingincreasedbenefits forrenters of4dunits includingbutnotlimitedto <br />deeperaffordabilityor property reinvestment.
