City of Centerville <br />Regular Meeting Planning and Zoning Commission <br />October 5, 2021 <br />materials that can be used on the side of the driveways to include pervious surfaces if they <br />only go down to the right-of-way. <br />Administrator Statz stated the consensus from the Commission tonight is to do a two (2) foot <br />setback on the side yard, provide exploration of different zoning districts having different <br />setbacks to the curb, provide exploration of driveway expansions through use of approved <br />materials (pervious materials) and get an answer regarding City liability with snowplows <br />and residential vehicles in driveways. <br />Motion by Commissioner Kubat, seconded by Commissioner Twohv to table this item <br />until a later date. August 4, 2021 Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes <br />This item was tabled until a later date. <br />2. September 7, 2021 Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes <br />Motion by Commissioner Kubat, seconded by Commissioner Kuiper to approve the <br />Planning & Zoning Commission meeting minutes of September 7, 2021 with correction <br />listing Commissioner Twohv as absent, All in favor. Motion carried. <br />IX. Announcements and Updates <br />1. Council Member Liaison <br />Council Member Liaison Koski stated he was absent at the last Council meeting and does <br />not have anything new to report at this time. <br />2. Administrator's Report <br />Administrator Statz provided a brief update on the City projects and their current progress. <br />X.
