NOTICE OF HEARING <br />The City of Centerville Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 2, <br />2021 at the Centerville City Hall, 1880 Main Street in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:30 p.m. or shortly <br />thereafter on the following matter: <br />ITEM: Request for Rezone & Conditional Use Permit (CUP) <br />PETITIONER/ <br />PROPERTY OWNER: Shingle Creek Capital, LLC (Option to Purchase w-Devereaux Family LP <br />Owner) <br />PROPERTY I.D. 9: R#24-31-22-23-0009, 2050 Main Street & R#24-31-22-23-0010, 2070 <br />Main Street) <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: LOT 5 BLOCK 1 INDUSTRIAL PARK, EX RD, SUBJ TO EASE & <br />LOT 6 BLOCK 1 INDUSTRIAL PARK EX RD, SUBJ TO EASE OF <br />REC <br />The petitioner requests that the City consider rezoning from B-2, Main Street Commercial to B-1, Commercial <br />and approving a Conditional Use Permit for the operation of a Building Supply Sales & Storage Yard. The <br />sales showroom and administrative offices will take place within the existing building located at 2050 Main <br />Street with the Storage/Staging area for orders taking place on 2070 Main Street. <br />City Hall is ADA accessible.
