<br />THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ORD. #___, SECOND SERIES <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING 2050 & 2070 MAIN STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on November 2, 2021 the Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing <br />on the application of the purchaser and landowner requesting the action herein; and did recommend <br />that the City Council grant the application of the purchaser and landowner. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Centerville hereby ordains: <br /> <br />Section 1. Pursuant to City Code Chapter 156, the City’s zoning ordinance, is hereby <br />amended by rezoning 2050 & 2070 Main Street (PIN #R24-31-22-23-0009 & PIN #R24- <br />31-22-23-0010), Centerville, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Section 2. These parcels are currently regulated for zoning pursuant to Code Section <br />156.031, the Main Street Commercial District (B-2). Hereinafter, these parcels are <br />regulated for zoning pursuant to Code Section 156.030, Commercial District (B-1). <br /> <br />Section 3. The Zoning Map of the City of Centerville referred to and described in Chapter <br />156 shall not be republished to show the aforesaid rezoning, but the City Administrator <br />or the City Administrator’s designee shall appropriately mark the Zoning Map on file in <br />the City Administrator’s office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning provided for in <br />this ordinance and all of the notations, references, and other information shown thereon <br />are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 4. Effective Date.
