CITY OF CENTERVILLEREQUEST <br />FOR ACTION <br />Agenda Item # Department: RequestedMeetingDate: <br />November 3, 2021 <br />Parks and Recreation <br />VIII. 1 <br />TITLE OF ISSUE: <br />Appreciation Certificates & Blankets <br />BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br />Staff is seeking direction as to how the Appreciation Certificates and Blankets be distributed to volunteers that <br />were unable to attend the Volunteer Appreciation Event. <br /> <br />Staff has on file that 28 have not been secured. <br /> <br />Staff can mail the Certificates if desired, Staff can mail the Certificates and a Blanket if desired, Staff can easily <br />email Volunteers regarding their items and the need to retrieve them at City Hall during regular office hours <br />within a period of time, etc. <br />COST AND SOURCE(S) OF FUNDING: <br />Postage ($1.16/ea.
