Anoka County Business and Banking Summit <br />ACRED is sponsoring a business and banking event which will explore trends in the local <br />and regional economy affecting small and mid-sized businesses. The event will be held on <br />Wednesday, November 17, from 7:30-9:30 AM at Anoka County Technical College, in <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />Block 7 Property (Downtown) Î ÐSorel QuarterÑ <br />A public hearing was held on November 2 to review Centra HomesÓ proposal for 26 row- <br />style homes on the site. The Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br />Preliminary Plat and Planned Unit Development with some modifications to lighting and <br />landscaping and the addition of a monument sign. The proposal will be brought to the City <br />Council in December for review. <br /> <br />
