<br />Design and Construction Drawings <br />The Contractor shall: <br />1. Define materials and construction systems for a concrete skate park at Carpenter Park. <br />2. Develop outline specifications for the scope of the project. <br />3. Review draft and final design development sets with Parks and Recreation staff, skate <br />park users and the Skate Park sub-committee. <br />4. Drawings must include all costs, details, cross section and profiles necessary to bid the <br />project. <br />5. Contractor would meet with the Skate Park sub-committee and park users to create final <br />designs and complete work scope. <br />6. The main point of contact will be Jason T. West, Recreation Superintendent, and Rick <br />Beane, Parks Superintendent. <br /> <br />Construction of Skate Park <br />The Contractor shall: <br />1. Manager subcontractors to construct the skate park. <br />2. Have open communication and coordination with the city regarding any subcontractors <br />on the project. <br />3. Be mindful and responsive to sustainability within the project. <br /> <br />Section 4 Proposals <br />The proposal shall contain the type of information summarized below. Additional information is <br />allowable, providing it is directly relevant to the proposed project. <br /> <br /> <br />
