City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />May 26, 2021 <br /> <br />City Attorney Glaser stated emails are in the packet for review by anyone to view online, noting <br />that legal requirements state emails are put in the packet for the City Council to review. Once they <br />are adopted as part of the agenda, they are accepted into the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Moser, to Close all 4 Public <br />Hearings. A roll-call vote was taken. Mayor Love and Council Members King, Koski, Lakso <br />& Mosher voted in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />VI. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES <br /> <br />1. January 27, 2021 <br /> <br />Mayor Love provided an opportunity for Council to make modifications to the minutes if desired. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to Approve the <br />January 27, 2021 City Council Meeting Minutes as Presented. A roll-call vote was taken. <br />Mayor Love and Council Members King, Koski, Lakso & Mosher voted in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />VII. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />1. City of Centerville Claims through May 26, 2021 (Check #33741-33771) & <br />(1700E-1705E) and City Administrator Statz added (Check #33773-33781, <br />Voided Check #33772 & (1706E-1709E) <br /> 2. Centennial Lake Police Department Claims through May 20, 2021 (Check <br />#13813-13835) (2021022-2021024E) & Payroll (Check #13822-13824) <br />3. Centennial Fire District Claims through May 25, 2021 (Check #9081-9088) <br />(2021008E) & Payroll (Check #9076-9080) <br />4. EDA Revolving Loan & Grant Application – JETS Machine Shop <br />5. Encroachment Agreement, 1823 Houle Circle – Fence <br />6. Special Event Permit Application – Fete des Lacs <br />a. Temporary On Sale Liquor License (Subject to Submission of Liq. <br />Liability Ins.) <br /> <br />Mayor Love provided an opportunity for the City Council to add or remove any item(s) to/from <br />the consent agenda. <br /> <br />Mayor Love pulled # 4 from the Consent Agenda for further discussion. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member King, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to Approve Consent <br />Agenda as items 1-3 and 5-6. A roll-call vote was taken. Mayor Love and Council Members <br />King, Koski, Lakso & Mosher voted in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Love stated he drove by and no signs were completed.
