CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:31 p.m. Chairperson Linda Broussard Vickers <br /> <br />1. Roll Call <br /> <br />Present: Chairperson Linda Broussard Vickers <br /> Commissioner John Krueger <br />Commissioner David Kubat <br /> <br />Commissioner Les Kuiper <br /> Commissioner Darrell (DJ) Olson, Jr. <br /> Commissioner Richard Nelson <br /> <br />Absent: Commissioner Nick Twohy <br /> <br />Staff: City Administrator Mark Statz <br /> Council Liaison, Russ Koski <br /> City Planner, Phil Carlson <br /> City Attorney, Kurt Glaser <br /> <br /> <br />II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Olson, seconded by Commissioner Krueger to Approve the <br />Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS (6:30 PM or shortly thereafter) <br />1. Block 7 Î Centra North, LLC (Under Purchase Agreement w/City) <br />a. Preliminary Plat <br />b. Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for a planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />Administrator Statz introduced this item and provided some background. <br />City Planner Carlson reviewed the details and purpose of the preliminary plat and conditional <br />use permit request. He stated there will be 26, two-story townhomes. He noted that the <br />development is intentionally different from the rest of the buildings in Centerville; it is <br />denser and has an urban feel opposed to the rest of Centerville. <br />Page 1 of 8 <br /> <br />
