EXHIBIT C <br />PLUMBING AND HEATING PERMITS <br />1. Plumbing Permits <br />A. The charge shall be five dollars ($5) for each plumbing fixture, device or <br />connection to the sewer or plumbing system, with a minimum charge of forty <br />dollars and zero cents ($40) <br /> <br />B. For any alteration, repair or extension to an existing plumbing system, where the <br />work is of such a nature that the permit fee charge cannot be determined from the <br />above schedule, the permit fee shall be forty dollars ($40) first five-hundred dollars <br />($500) or fraction thereof, plus fifteen dollars ($15) for each additional five- <br />hundred dollars ($500) or fraction thereof of the total market value of such <br />alteration, repair or extension. <br /> <br />The charge for commercial, industrial or institutional plumbing shall be: <br /> <br /> Two percent (2%) of the total cost of labor and materials or a minimum of $40 <br />whichever is greater. <br /> <br />Work commenced without first obtaining a permit shall be charged an investigative fee equal to <br />permit fees. <br /> <br />2. Mechanical Permits <br /> <br /> The charge for a residential dwelling shall be twenty dollars and zero cents ($20) <br />for each of the following units but not to exceed $140. A minimum charge of forty <br />dollars and zero cents ($40): <br /> <br /> Main Gas Line Piping <br /> Gas Furnace <br /> Air conditioner <br /> Boiler <br /> Air Exchanger <br /> Gas Fireplace/Gas Log (Install in regular fireplace) <br />Gas Boiler <br />Gas Dryer <br />Gas Stove/Range <br />Wood Fireplace <br />Duct Work <br />Miscellaneous Mechanical Fixtures <br />Gas Pool Heater <br />Gas Wall Heater/Garage Heater <br /> The charge for commercial, industrial or institutional building shall be: <br /> <br />Page 15 of 21 <br /> <br />
