COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />Resolution # 2I-A10 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ARPA FUNDS <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, the Federal Government enacted the American Rescue Plan Act in March, 2021; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville is eligible to accept these funds for use in mitigating effects of the <br />COVID-19 pandemic; and <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has determined that the City is eligible for $423,479.72 in dedicated <br />funding: and, <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has determined that the City is eligible for $6,933.90 in supplemental <br />funding, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Centerville, County of Anoka, <br />State of Minnesota, that the City accepts the total ARPA funding allocation of $430,413.62. <br />Passed and Adopted by the City of Centerville this 8th day of December, 2021. <br />Mayor, D.
