COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />Resolution # 21-zz--le <br />A RESOLUTION TO ALLOW STAFF TO TRANSFER BALANCES <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, the Sewer Fund — 602 loaned money to the Park Dedication Fund — 402 for construction of a <br />community trail system; and <br />WHEREAS, the loan was to be repaid by Park Dedication fees paid by new developments; and <br />WHEREAS, significant dedication fees have been received during 2020 and 2021, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Centerville, County of Anoka, <br />State of Minnesota, that the City Administrator is authorized to transfer the amount of $147,307.50 from the <br />Park Dedication Fund — 402 to the Sewer Fund — 602 and reduce the loan balance recorded in both funds. <br />Passed and Adopted by the City of Centerville this 8th day of December, 2021. <br />Mayor, D.
