<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />NOTICE OF SCHEDULED SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING & CLOSED EXECUTIVE <br />SESSION (Performance Review, City Administrator) <br />DECEMBER 13, 2021 COMMENCING AT 6:30 PM <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of Centerville will meet on <br />Monday, December 13, 2021 during a Special City Council Meeting & Closed Executive Session at <br />6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The Closed Executive Session will commence following Roll Call of <br />the Special Council Meeting. Council will be discussing the performance review of the City <br />Administrator. The City Council is exercising their right to evaluate the performance of an individual <br />who is subject to their authority under Minnesota State Statute 13D.05 Sub. 3. (The meetings will be <br />closed unless otherwise noted.) The meeting will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall, 1880 <br />Main Street. <br /> <br />This meeting will be closed unless the City Administrator opens the meeting. If this shall occur, all <br />persons interested are invited to remain present during the Closed Executive Session.
