<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning Commission held its regular <br />meeting on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom videoconferencing. <br /> <br />PRESENT*: Chairperson Darrin Mosher <br />Commissioner Ben Fehrenbacher (arrived at 6:48) <br />Commissioner Jon Krueger <br />Commissioner Darrell (DJ) Olson, Jr. <br />Commissioner Mark Haiden <br />Approved <br />Commissioner Linda Broussard Vickers <br /> <br />Commissioner Nick Twohy <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />STAFF: City Administrator/Engineer Mark Statz <br /> Planning Consultant – Phil Carlson - Stantec <br /> City Attorney – Kurt Glaser <br />Council Liaison – Russ Koski <br /> <br />*Note that “present” is construed to mean that the noted individuals were visibly and audibly <br />present on the videoconference call. <br /> <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:30 by Chairperson Darrin Mosher. <br /> <br />II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> <br />II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Chairperson Mosher called for changes to the agenda. No changes were requested. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Broussard-Vickers, seconded by Commissioner Krueger to <br />approve the agenda. A roll call vote was taken. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS (6:30 PM or shortly thereafter) <br /> <br />1. Easement Vacation – 1825 Main Street <br /> <br />Administrator Statz reviewed the ground rules for public hearings held via Zoom. <br /> <br />Administrator Statz explained the request for vacation of the drainage and utility easement across <br />the property at 1825 Main Street; the site of the proposed Atlas Villas Memory Care facility.
