<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />The City of Centerville Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 1, <br />2022 at the Centerville City Hall, 1880 Main Street in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:30 p.m. or shortly <br />thereafter on the following matter: <br /> <br />ITEM: Site Plan Review & Conditional Use Permit (CUP) <br />PETITIONER: Max Storage Enterprises, LLC <br />PROPERTY OWNER: Terry Farrell, Farrell Properties <br />PROPERTY I.D. #: 24-31-22-33-0006 <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 1 Block 1, Royal Industrial Park <br />ADDRESS: 2010 Fairview Street <br /> <br />The petitioner requests that the City consider a Site Plan Review and Conditional Use Permit for the <br />construction and operation of two (2) 10,400 sq. foot buildings for maxi-storage facilities. Each building will <br />have 8 bays providing approximately 20’x 50’ of storage. The construction of the buildings will be phased; <br />upon full lease of the first building, the second building will be constructed. The property is zoned I-1 <br />(Industrial) with the City Code, §156.040 requiring such type of construction and use to be granted by a <br />Conditional Use Permit (CUP). <br /> <br /> <br />City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign language interpreter must be <br />received before 4:00 p.m., January 21, 2022.
