CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE #120, SECOND SERIES Î REVISING LANGUAGE TO <br />CITY CODE, CHAPTER 152, SIGN REGULATIONS, TO INCLUDE MAIN STREET <br />COMMERCIAL (B-2) <br /> <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on December 7, 2021, the Planning & Zoning <br />Commission held a public hearing regarding Ordinance #121, Second Series Î Amending Language <br />to City Code, Chapter 153, Subdivision Regulation, §153.15, General Provisions, (B) Land <br />Dedication. <br /> <br /> NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, the City Council of the City of Centerville completed <br />two (2) readings of this item (January 12, & January 26, 2022). The City Council has directed that a <br />title and summary be prepared for publication pursuant to Minn.
