They are applying for a <br />Conditional Use Permit (CUP) and Site Plan <br />approval for a mini-storage use but the building <br />could also include other types of businesses. The <br />applicants describe the use as follows: <br /> <br />ÑOur ideal target market would be small <br />businesses (which include general <br />contractors and tradesmen who are <br />looking to store their supplies as well as <br />work vehicles). Food trucks do fall into <br />this category, but we would not allow <br />them to cook or sell food on site. Also <br />based on our market research these <br />units are desirable for people who own <br />other recreational vehicles. We intend <br />to prohibit auto mechanics or car <br />painting in the bays that would produce <br />a nuisance to their neighbors.
