(5) Administer an account book/records in which shall be entered all money transactions of the city, <br />including the dates, amounts and the person or business from whom the money was received or <br />paid out to, and administer expenditure of funds only within the limits established and approved <br />by the City Council; <br /> <br />(6) Attend and participate in all City Council meetings, and attend with discretion or by invitation <br />other committee and commission meetings; <br /> <br />(7) Coordinate city programs and activities as authorized by the City Council; and <br /> <br />(8) Coordinate development, collect and analyze material for reporting, conduct and implement <br />studies, procedures, operations and organization. <br />(C) Bonding. The Administrator shall be bonded at the cityÓs expense. This shall be a position bond which <br />will indemnify the city. <br />(D) Absence or temporary vacation. In the absence of or temporary vacancy in the position of <br />Administrator, the title of Administrator as written in all ordinances and resolutions adopted by the City <br />Council shall be replaced with the title of City Council. <br />(E) Appointment and removal. <br />(1) The Administrator shall be appointed by the City Council with a majority vote. <br /> <br />(2) Removal of the Administrator will be by a majority vote of the City Council. <br />Ord. #22-A, amended 07/27/1988 <br />§ 30.04 PERSONNEL POLICIES ADOPTED BY REFERENCE. <br /> The personnel policies of the city, as may be revised from time to time, are hereby adopted by reference <br />and shall be treated as if set forth in full herein. <br />§ 30.05 COMMUNITY SERVICE OFFICER. <br />(A) Definition. A Community Service Officer (CSO)/Crime Prevention Officer (CPO) is a non-sworn <br />uniformed officer who is required to work under varying conditions with different members of the <br />Police Department and the communities. <br />(B) Powers. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this section, individuals employed as <br />Community Service Officers by the Centennial Lakes Police Department, or other entity which provides <br />law enforcement services to the city, are hereby authorized to issue citations in lieu of arrest or <br />continued detention to persons who violate any provision of the code or state statutes as are authorized <br />by the Police Chief of the Department. <br />13 tğŭĻ <br /> <br />
