the amount of $50,000, the public liability insurance coverage limits for injury or death to any one <br />person in any one accident shall be $100,000, and the policy limits for any one accident shall be <br />$300,000. The policy or policies shall provide that the city shall be notified immediately of any <br />termination of or modification to the insurance. <br />Ord. #30, adopted 05/11/1977 <br />§ 120.99 PENALTY. <br /> Any persons violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
