§ 121.04 SECURITY. <br />(A) The Chief of Police may designate a security officer or officers to be present at a public dance during the <br />entire time the dance is underway. <br />(B) For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates <br />or requires a different meaning. <br />SECURITY OFFICER. Any person who is a full-time or part-time peace officer, a reserve <br />officer or a community service officer employed by the city. <br />(C) The total costs of any security provided by the city must be paid by the applicant, and the city may <br />require an advanced deposit or a corporate surety bond guaranteeing payment. Security officers <br />designated by the city shall have full authority to bar disruptive persons from the premises and to <br />otherwise engage in necessary policing activities including any activity necessary to preserve the peace. <br />§ 121.99 PENALTY. <br /> Any persons violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. <br />31 <br />241΋tğŭĻ <br /> <br />
