Preliminary General Fund Budget and Levy Discussion <br /> <br />Finance Director DeJong gave an overview of line items that were believed to fluctuate <br />(increase/decrease) for the upcoming budget: public safety; salaries; insurance costs; elections; <br />decease in Local Government Aid; addition of an additional staff member (intern, office <br />professional, Assistant Administrator, etc.); building permit revenues and additional meetings <br />regarding this item and that this was Staff’s first draft. Administrator Statz stated that there would <br />be more opportunities to dive deeper into this item. <br /> <br />III. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Mayor Love closed the Work Session of June 23, 2021 at 6:25 p.m. allowing for a five (5) minutes <br />recess prior to the regular Council meeting. <br /> <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />I.
