Donald <br />Raleigh will be speaking from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the Centennial <br />Library (in the Community Room). <br /> 2/21/2022 QACC Board of Directors Meeting and Ambassadors <br />Meeting (Members welcome to audit) – from 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. location: Zoom: <br />Click here <br /> <br />Anoka County Regional Economic Development (ACRED) <br />th <br />ACRED held their strategic goal setting meeting on January 25. The executive director will <br />be reaching out to the city for feedback on how they can best assist Centerville. <br /> <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />Block 7 Property (Downtown) – “Sorel Quarter” <br />Staff and the developer (Centra Homes) continue to work on refining the plan for the proposed <br />26-unit townhouse development in the city’s downtown. A Developer’s Agreement and draft <br />Homeowner’s Association Documents will be presented to the Planning Commission and City <br />Council in the coming weeks. <br /> <br />Centerville Elementary School Expansion <br />A few supply chain issues are producing challenges for the contractor, in meeting their original <br />schedule. An expected completion date is unknown at this time. <br /> <br />stnd <br />Old Mill Estates 1 and 2 Additions <br />The developer has requested a Letter of Credit reduction. Once a warranty bond for the <br />improvements is received by the city, the reduction request will be processed. <br /> <br />The City is in discussion with the homeowner near the cul-de-sac on Old Mill Court, exploring <br />alternative routes for the trail.
